Happy 2nd Birthday Tej!

Happy Birthday to my little boy Tej. Can’t believe you are 2 already. Hope this year let’s you embrace all your curiosity, vocabulary, and lets your personality explode!  I have enjoyed watching you grow over the last year – watched as your hair turned long and curly, your eyes got bigger and cuter, and heard you speak some fun phrases such as “I did it!”  You always have and will continue to melt my heart.

Enjoy this year my sweet little monkey.

Shaan is 4!

I still remember the doctor handing me my baby in the delivery room, and the words echoing….”it’s a boy“, we had decided to keep it surprise, and it was such an exciting time…..and now, I can’t believe he’s 4 – Sweetheart, I wish you the most amazing year ahead. You have turned into such a wonderful little boy…yes mostly naughty and you certainly know how to drive me crazy, but I love you just the way you are.

Here are some pics to celebrate Shaan’s 4th birthday. We had a such a fun time together during this photoshoot.

Shivank & Kyle bring Bollywood to Banff ~ Calgary Engagement Photography

Wow, this shoot was so much fun….I had always wanted to do a Bollywood inspired engagement shoot in the mountains (what better place), and I finally had the opportunity with Shivank and Kyle visiting Calgary. It was by fluke that we actually got to do the shoot in Banff…that was never the intention, but the Fairmont Banff Springs was THEEE perfect location and I think it was meant to be.

Shivank and Kyle have been college sweethearts and came together with their love of singing and through a ballroom dance class they took where they were partners….the rest is history!

Congrats on your engagement guys, and here’s a sneak preview into the shots that we took. I hope you love them as much as I do.

Ranbir turns 1 ~ Calgary Family Photographer

Perfect weather, perfect background and great kids!  I love doing shoots at Fishcreek – everything just looks beautiful. Not to mention the time just before sunset when the sunlight is so soft makes for nice warm pictures. Ranbir turned 1 recently and he was actually the very first newborn (aside from my own kids) that I got to photograph “artistically” so we had to celebrate and do a cake smashing! Got some nice pictures of him and his big brother as well!

Soon to be four ~ Calgary maternity photography

Sachin and Medini are very good friends of mine, and it’s just a bonus that Medini and I are both expecting at the same time again (we were also pregnant together in 2009). We did a very quick photoshoot in Copperfield park because we were just getting eaten alive my mosquitos – note to self, please bring bugspray next time!
